What we do
Amber Yanovich Photography has been capturing memories in the Jackson, Michigan and surrounding area for 13+ years. Specializing in Newborn Sessions , First Birthday (Cake Smash) Sessions and Family Sessions. Let me help you create some memories!

About Your PhotographerHi there! I'm Amber.  Somehow, already a 40-something, mom of two busy kids!  I'm employed full-time as a veterinary technician.  But, somewhere along the line, my love of photography grew from more than just a hobby into a little side business where I get to help people create memories. While I still photograph a little bit of everything, my heart belongs to newborns and babies!  Even after years of photographing newborns I am still continually fascinated by how different they all are.  How some babies can come out looking like miniature versions of their parents and others carry every single recessive trait that they could have picked up!  If I'm not working one of my jobs you'll likely find me shuttling my kids around while I cheer them on in whatever sport they are currently in.  It seems we just get busier as they get older. When we aren't attending the kids sports we love going camping, hiking, tend to our menagerie of 4-H livestock projects, and checking off Michigan Lighthouses on our list, with a goal to visit all of the ones viewable by land.  We've checked off all but 13!  By my count, that's 53 so far.   I'm an avid reader and love a good home improvement project!  (There really isn't anything you can't learn how to do via. You tube and the internet DIYer's!)Basically, I'm a just a busybody, trying to make sure my kids also learn to never sit still too long, do and see all the things!  My dreams include a quiet country farm life filled with retirement, travel, a menagerie of animals, a warm cup of coffee, and a good book to read in the sunshine, and a camera to capture it all.
Helping Create Memories for over 13 years!
